La cucina che amo è fatta di piatti semplici, prevalentemente vegetale e tipica della Liguria. Il condimento per eccellenza, il pesto fatto ancora al mortaio e poi tutto ciò che ci donano il nostro orto e frutteto, da trasformare in piatti deliziosi, in cui il vegetale non è un contorno ma il centro della preparazione gastronomica.

- Giada went above & beyond to make our visit unforgettable. Her hospitality was exceptional and each of the dishes she prepared were delicious, unique and memorable. We cannot recommend this experience enough for anyone seeking a different activity outside of either Genoa or Nice. It’s about halfway between either city tucked away in a tiny Italian hillside village surrounded by 300-year-old olive groves. Stunning all around and truly left our group at a loss for words!
- The pesto workshop was amazing. We were late because we drive the wrong way but Giada was very kind to wait. We learned a lot and it was amazing to taste all the good from their land. Would certainly recommend.
