L’Aquila è una città che va scoperta, va percorsa a piedi, camminando su e giù proprio per il centro storico, fatto di un dedalo di vicoli, ripide stradine e splendidi scorci, per poi fermarsi a gustare la cucina tradizionale dal nostro Cesarino Pasquale. La cucina abruzzese offre un'ampia scelta di profumi e sapori, è una zona di grande tradizione agricola e culturale, regno del peperoncino e dello zafferano.

- Pasquale & his wife Hanna were so welcoming and wonderful. They cooked with ingredients native to Abruzzo and used family recipes that were delicious (and they even gave me leftovers for the next night)! It was great to learn about their family and find out what we had in common. I'd recommend booking with them over and over again.
- If you are in L’Aquila don’t miss the opportunity to dine with Anna and Pasquale. They will make you feel like family. It was a fabulous evening. The food and hospitality were wonderful.
