Wonderful tour and a wonderful way to view Trieste. Rita was the perfect guide with knowledge of the city and its food. Would definitely recommend this experience to anyone visiting Trieste.

Our cooking class with Enza couldn’t have been any more amazing. We enjoyed every single second of our time with her. She taught us how to make the most amazing ravioli with tomato sauce. Her recipes were obviously passed down from her grandmother and mother. The food was amazing and the experience was even better! If I could give Enza 10 stars I would. 100% recommend her to anyone who wants an authentic Tuscan cooking experience!

Great experience last night meeting a wonderful Italian family and having dinner at their home. Great conversation and laughter. Mariateresa's cuisine was absolutely wonderful. and all from scratch, including the cheese in the ravioli she explained her mother had made. What a pleasure and honor it was to be your first guests allowed in your home and first people to shake hands with after Covid, as well as your first hosted guests ever through Cesarine. Thank you for making a forever memory for us.

Luca was an amazing host who was so accomodating to make our experience nothing short of perfect...he has a wealth of knowledge and personal pride in his work and this spilled over into delicious food. He is a great teacher and had more than just food to offer. He was entertaining and informative and we wish we could have multiple experiences just like this! Grazie mille!!!

Luca was an excellent host with a wealth of knowledge and personal pride in his work. He was very accommodating and welcoming of us in his home. This is an experience we will remember forever and hope many in the future will also enjoy! Food was beyond delicious and we left so full that we needed a nap. Haha. Grazie Mille!!!

The best experience! Luisa was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! Felt like we were family from the beginning until the end. Careful attention to food and the best way it for it to be done. If she had a hotel we would have stayed for days!

Not only was the food delicious and the location great, but the company was excellent. We truly enjoyed getting to know Maria Luisa and Hillaria. The cooking lessons were great and easy to follow, and we got some great photos. Would recommend to anyone.
