What an amazing experience with fantastic hosts! Myself and my 2 boys absolutely loved making pizza and pasta with Enrico and his lovely wife. They were so accomodating with the menu to suit the children, the food tasted incredible and they could not have been more friendly and fun hosts. They made sure we were very well looked after and we were so glad we did this class with them! Enrico gave us recipes to take home and gave us great instruction on how to make all the different things we had tried. Thanks so much!

Wow, what an amazing experience in Puglia! Anna treated us with classic southern Italian hospitality and a delicious meal in her home. She is very knowledgeable, kind and talented! Being in her home was a great pleasure and I would highly recommend this activity for anyone visiting Bari. We were received by Mauro at his home in Venice, which just that is an outstanding experience: get to know a traditional house from a venetian in Venice! I attended the course with my 8 years daughter. Mauro speaks perfect english, was extremely sympatic and very knowleadgeable about italian and venetian culinary. We prepared and cooked with him antipasto di cavolo nero, shrimps with strawberry and rucola, tagliatelle with calamari and tomato, raviolli ricota and spinach in a bed of zucchini cream, tiramisu. We also learned how to do a traditional venetian spritz. Mauro has also many insights of Venice history and hidden secrets. We were really active in the 3 hours in his house, as he taught us how to do evertyhing from the beginning. My 8 years old daughter was never bored. This was an experience that we will remember for our whole life ) grazie mille mauro!!
It was an amazing experience to learn how to make pasta and tiramisu from a truly wonderful Italian cook, Antoinetta. It is an experience I will never forget and knowledge I will take home with me to the United States of America. I can't wait to show everyone what I learned! The food and host were truly amazing!
