Lucrezia and Stefano were the most wonderful hosts! We had the best time at their beautiful house for a home cooked 5 course meal including meat and cheese, lava beans dip, fresh tomatoes, homemade pasta, homemade sausage, tiramisu and wine. Lucrezia and Stefano were great hosts! We had so much fun learning to make southern Italian pasta, especially learning how to make orichette. All of the food and wine was delicious and we even visited the wine shop in Alberobello Lucrezia recommended and enjoyed another amazing experience. We absolutely recommend taking a cooking class with Lucrezia, it is a wonderful way to spend a morning or afternoon and learn about the traditional foods in Puglia.

The Cesarine host I got connected with was incredible and I will never forget the truly unique and beautiful moment The Network is super helpful and reliable: I had to move my appointment super spontaneously (my boyfriend got sick) from Monday in Agrigent (south of Sicily) to Catania (west of Sicily) on a Sunday; no problem for Cesarine. Cooking Italian pasta and making Tiramisu with Barbara was a once-in-a-lifetime experience. She kindly welcomed us to her beautiful home and made us feel comfortable right away, gave us interesting information about the place and found a great way of introducing us to the Italian cuisine. Not only did we learn to make three delicious meals but Barbara made us feel so welcome, appreciated and cared for. We felt like cooks and guests at the same time.
