Our Cesarine hosts were very friendly, spoke excellent English, and were very welcoming.  We felt that the $615 price for our 4 guests was very steep.  We only did a small amount of actual cooking.  For that price, it would have been nice to have a printed recipe to bring home.  Roberta offered us pen and paper to write down her verbal instructions.  And when you think about it, we paid over $600 for a meal for 4 people and we didn't get to take any of the food home with us.  Not a great value for the money.  I would not recommend this activity.

Our cooking class with Cesarine was amazing! Georgia was such a joy to cook with. We loved learning how to make local Italian dishes in her home, and it was so fun to chat about each other's cultures, traditions, and even societal norms while we cooked. This was our first experience with something like this so we can not compare it but it is for sure not the last one. We were surprised and thrilled by how good and comfortable we were greeted by our hosts to their lovely home. The mother who is not speaking english perfectly and daughter who is fluent was perfect combo because mother was talking in italian and we found that beautiful because we could enjoy the sound of this amazing language. If you ask me Mum doesn't  need to speak english because her main language is cooking and food. The food was very delicious and we had plenty to eat, we had 4 corses and not enough space in our bellies. We loved the energy throught out the whole night. Roberta is a real italian mum who knows how to welcome the people in her home and make their bellies full of delicious food and drinks and the daughter really knows how to make a nice family atmosphere and we could talk about lot of different subjects, of course at the same time she was Mums right hand in kitchen.
We will never forget this experience because of this two beautiful women and their delicious dinner.

Cooking Italian pasta and making Tiramisu with Barbara was a once-in-a-lifetime experience. She kindly welcomed us to her beautiful home and made us feel comfortable right away, gave us interesting information about the place and found a great way of introducing us to the Italian cuisine. Not only did we learn to make three delicious meals but Barbara made us feel so welcome, appreciated and cared for. We felt like cooks and guests at the same time.
