Let's prepare a typical Apulian lunch together with Bari-style focaccia and homemade cavatelli. Together with my husband Stefano, we will open the doors of our summer home to teach you how to prepare an authentic Apulian lunch, from appetizer to dessert, which we will then enjoy together. While I will be at the stove, my husband will be the house sommelier. The menu will include Focaccia alla barese with sourdough, cavatelli with our own tomato sauce, local wine and our own jam tart. It will be an unforgettable dining experience, full of authentic flavors and warm Apulian hospitality. We look forward to sharing this special day with you.

Cesarina from 2024Location: Noci Languages: Italian and EnglishNaturally Domy: Born and raised in Puglia, I started cooking 15 years ago when my second child decided to leave the nest. I hoped that by learning to cook Puglian delicacies, my children would miss home more and visit us more often. Over the years, I have mastered the art of sourdough, which I care for like a third child, and I enjoy using it to make taralli, focaccia, and pizza. My love for nature has also led me to cultivate my own organic garden. Join me in preparing a traditional Puglian lunch: focaccia alla barese, homemade fresh pasta, taralli, and panzerotti, along with a dessert made from the fruits of our land.
