Maria was great . She made us feel home . We really enjoyed learning to make orecchiette , panzerotti, focaccia, amaretti . It was a great experience . We also enjoyed having lunch with her and her husband . We appreciated their hospitality . I will recommend Maria .

We had a fantastic experience with Maria!! If you’re searching for an authentic Italian cooking experience, it doesn’t get any better than this. We were warmly welcomed inside of Maria’s personal home which was inside of a historic trulli. Maria told about what we’d be cooking and how we’d be doing it using the spaces that she’d made for us at her kitchen table. We needed to rely on the translation app to communicate which we felt added to the experience. We made a couple different appetizers, an orchietti pasta and a dessert. Everything was delicious!! Her husband was also home who poured us glasses of his wine as we ate at their personal dining room table. If authenticity is your main priority, it’s impossible to be disappointed. Keep in mind that the total time for the experience was closer to 4.5 hours than the advertised 2. This was not at all a problem for us and made sense considering dough had to rise and things like that. But it’s something to be aware of so you can plan accordingly. Overall, 10/10 experience for sure!

Wij hadden een bijzondere avond bij de zeer gastvrije Maria en haar man Nino. Zij lieten ons hun uitgebreide Trullo en tuin zien. Maria is een geweldige chef, zij kookte een perfecte traditionele veel gangen maaltijd vanaf scratch en leerde ons orecchiette en panzerotti maken. We dronken de rode Primitivo wijn die Nino maakt en sloten af met vers gebakken amaretti, espresso en huisgemaakte limoncello. Een zeer aan te bevelen event.
