- I had a memorable evening with Angela. She was informative, knowledgeable about all things Puglia, and lots of fun to learn from. We made pasta and dessert and then cooked our creation. We then sat down and had a wonderful meal telling stories and laughing. It was an enjoyable experience and I would recommend it to all who love Puglia culture.
