In this cooking class, which will take place in my home in Fasano, I will welcome my guests to share an experience dedicated to discovering the flavors of Apulian gastronomic tradition.

We will prepare a typical regional three-course menu. We will start with an appetizer of bruschetta made with local, seasonal products: a great Italian classic, known and loved all over the world, that highlights the simplicity and quality of the ingredients. We will then move on to the true star of the lesson: handmade fresh pasta, which we will dress with a rich and flavorful ragù, according to tradition. To end on a sweet note, we will prepare a dessert that symbolizes Puglia: the pasticciotto or a fragrant tart.
