We meet at the lively Saturday morning market in Ostuni — a burst of colors and aromas where we’ll admire seasonal fruits and vegetables, discovering their flavors, stories, and unique qualities. Together, we’ll also explore stalls filled with freshly baked bread, local cheeses, olives, handmade taralli, and traditional spices. After a short break with a true Italian espresso, we’ll head into the peaceful Apulian countryside, surrounded by ancient olive trees and whitewashed trulli. There, among the trulli and olive groves, a delicious tasting of local specialties awaits us: cheeses, preserves, focaccia, seasonal vegetables, and other Apulian delicacies prepared with fresh, genuine ingredients. We prepare traditional dishes using only fresh, locally sourced ingredients, including our own family-produced extra virgin olive oil. Leonardo, a chef with many years of experience, cooks with passion and care, offering a journey through flavors that includes tasty appetizers, classic Apulian pasta dishes, hearty meat and fish courses, as well as delicious vegetarian options.
