We continue with handmade orecchiette and sagne ncannulate, true symbols of Apulian cuisine and its heritage.

- The class was great! Lucrezia was patient and a wonderful teacher!
- This cooking class was a really good experience! We were welcomed by Lucrezia and her husband with appetizers and wine, all excellent. Then Lucrezia gave us all the explainations to prepare 2 types of pasta and a tiramisu. Lucrezia is a great teacher, she made the preparation of the pasta very “easy” for beginners :) the food prepared with our pasta was delicious, can’t wait to recreate to those recipes at home!
- My partner and I took the cooking class with Lucrezia in June 2024, and we still talk about it often, that’s how much we loved the experience. From the moment we arrived, we felt like we were visiting family. Lucrezia and Stefanos made us feel right at home. The cooking class was both engaging and relaxed. We learned how to make fresh pasta and tiramisu, and we’ve been making them regularly ever since. There was so much fun and laughter throughout the evening. It’s the perfect experience if you want to learn, share a memorable moment, and leave with a full belly and a full heart. We wholeheartedly recommend it!

I have extensive experience in the hospitality industry: in the past, I ran a restaurant and organized events, and I love sharing my passion for cooking and hosting with everyone who visits. My home is spacious and welcoming, with a beautiful outdoor area that’s especially enjoyable during summer evenings. It’s perfect for hosting larger groups, making them feel at home and providing an authentic experience surrounded by the scents and colors of our valley. Locorotondo, with its whitewashed houses and cobbled streets, is a true gem of Puglia: walking through its alleys feels like stepping back in time. From my terrace, you can admire the surrounding olive groves and trulli, making every visit truly special.
