The first course, orecchiette pasta with a rich meat sauce. And we will finish with typical Apulian desserts such as cartellate with wafer-thin pastry with honey or vin cotto or amaretti biscuits. The passion for cooking has deep roots, born when I was only seven years old, and is reflected today in the creation of authentic dishes. With love, I prepare and share with guests the culinary treasures of my land, offering quality, authenticity and sustainable cooking.
