Explore a culinary journey of authentic flavors and local traditions. Start with a crispy, focaccia panzerotto with grilled zucchini, arugula and Parmesan shavings. For winter, a delicious alternative with kale or cauliflower and tomato ragout.
The first course, orecchiette pasta with a rich meat sauce. And we will finish with typical Apulian desserts such as cartellate with wafer-thin pastry with honey or vin cotto or amaretti biscuits. The passion for cooking has deep roots, born when I was only seven years old, and is reflected today in the creation of authentic dishes. With love, I prepare and share with guests the culinary treasures of my land, offering quality, authenticity and sustainable cooking.

- Wij hadden een geweldige ervaring. Samen met Maria gekookt en daarna in gezelschap van haar man samen gegeten. Heel vriendelijk ontvangen.
- Maria was great . She made us feel home . We really enjoyed learning to make orecchiette , panzerotti, focaccia, amaretti . It was a great experience . We also enjoyed having lunch with her and her husband . We appreciated their hospitality . I will recommend Maria .
- Wij hadden een bijzondere avond bij de zeer gastvrije Maria en haar man Nino. Zij lieten ons hun uitgebreide Trullo en tuin zien. Maria is een geweldige chef, zij kookte een perfecte traditionele veel gangen maaltijd vanaf scratch en leerde ons orecchiette en panzerotti maken. We dronken de rode Primitivo wijn die Nino maakt en sloten af met vers gebakken amaretti, espresso en huisgemaakte limoncello. Een zeer aan te bevelen event.
