Your experience
Our wine and food experiences take place in the stone-vaulted room adjacent to the Winery, or outdoors on the rooftop terrace on clear days. They include a visit to the vineyards and our Winery, with tasting of the Masseria's wines and products.
During the tasting, you will have the opportunity to taste 4 wines from the winery paired with:
- - Bruschetta with garden tomatoes
- - Primosale and fresh mozzarella of the day
- - Zucchini alla "poverella"
- - Wild pork salami
- - Fresh canestrato with quince jam
- - Podolica DOP caciocavallo cheese with cherry honey
- - Capocollo di Martina Franca DOP

Our wine experiences include visits to the vineyards and our Winery, with tasting of the Masseria's wines and products, in the stone-vaulted room attached to the Winery, or outdoors on the panoramic terrace, when weather conditions allow.
