For my guests, I will prepare an appetizer with local products and homemade preserves made by me. As a first course, I will serve a dish of seasonal vegetables accompanied by local cheese. Dessert will be a surprise: it could be a jam tart or a lemon gelée cake. The kitchen where guests will stay is an open space, everything will be visible and they will be able to interact with me while preparing the dishes.
