    Stuffed pasta is a family recipe: an egg pastry closed in different shapes-square, round or crescent-and stuffed with meat or lean fillings. In addition to taste, it has an emotional value for me: preparing it recalls moments of happiness and sharing. It is an activity that involves everyone and puts one in a good mood. We will cook it together, topped with fresh tomatoes. While waiting, an aperitif of local products will accompany the conversation, along with a good local white wine. We will close on a sweet note with a homemade dessert, and for those who wish, coffee.

    Mariuccia was absolutely lovely and made our day very special. She is a kind, friendly and warm person and we felt welcomed and very comfortable in her home. She taught us to cook and made it fun and enjoyable. Her family joined us for lunch which made it extra special and we felt part of a lovely family in their beautiful home

    What an amazing experience !! Mariuccia and her family opened their home kitchen and hearts to us . Making pasta and tiramisu from her traditional way was informative and enchanting. In this area of the hinterland there are the cultural, archaeological and food and wine traditions which have made the "heel of Italy" famous all over the world. Here we meet Mariuccia, who makes us taste the typical products of this land: in addition to meats, salami, cheeses, the famous burrata and mozzarella, all accompanied by fine wines, such as the DOC wine of Martina Franca. "I like to cook, I'm always looking for new things, even if traditional cuisine is always the best, cooking is an art."
