In spring and summer, the sunset in my country house is the most beautiful time of the day. A relaxing time, in the coolness of nature, to spend in my garden. Together we will explore the produce from my garden, picking seasonal vegetables (zucchini, eggplant, tomatoes, peppers) and preparing together a healthy and light aperitif to enjoy with friends. Finally, off to the imagination, with bruschetta, local frise, acquasale, eggplant alla poverella and battered vegetables.
