Pettole bring warmth and Christmas atmosphere to the homes of all Apulians. The tradition of their preparation has been handed down from generation to generation, from family to family. Together we will learn how to make them with dedication and passion: from the leavening stage to the manipulation of the dough, to controlling the temperature of the oil. Once ready, we will taste them both in their classic version and in the most delicious variants: with anchovy, pizzaiola style, with salt cod, lampascioni or stewed turnips. To accompany this pleasant moment, an excellent local primitive wine.
