Welcome to my country home, just a few minutes from the centre of Latiano, in the heart of Puglia. We’ll start with a stroll through the vegetable garden to pick the seasonal vegetables we’ll be using during the cooking class. In the kitchen, I’ll guide you through the preparation of authentic Puglian orecchiette, handmade according to family tradition, which we’ll serve with the freshly picked vegetables. We’ll round off the menu with a traditional side dish, before enjoying a glass of local wine, a homemade dessert and coffee together. An authentic experience combining nature, cuisine and conviviality, allowing you to experience genuine Apulian hospitality as if you were part of the family.
