Discover one of the icons of Apulian street food at my country home, just a few minutes from the centre of Latiano. Together, we’ll prepare the dough for traditional panzerotti, learning how to roll it out, fill it and seal it in the traditional way, before frying them until they’re golden and fragrant. We’ll make a variety of versions, from the classic tomato and mozzarella to fillings featuring local specialities and seasonal vegetables. The experience will conclude with a tasting of the freshly made panzerotti, accompanied by a cold 33 cl beer or a glass of local wine, a homemade dessert and coffee. A convivial moment combining authentic flavours, tradition and the genuine hospitality of the Apulian countryside.
