Cooking has always been a calling for me. Cooking for others means welcoming and sharing the best that my land has to offer. You can find me in Francavilla Fontana, in Puglia, just a stone's throw away from the beautiful Valle d'Itria and the splendid beaches of the Ionian and Adriatic Seas. Here is my countryside home, always ready to welcome friends, family, and tourists from around the world with traditional recipes and a careful selection of ingredients from my garden. AMAZING EXPERIENCE !!! Davvero una Bellissima Esperienza in una location calda e accogliente Elena ci ha accolti calorosamente e non solo ci ha fatto assaporare dei piatti tipici con ingredienti di qualità e materie prima eccellenti ma ci ha offerto un'autentica esperienza culinaria Pugliese che difficilmente dimenticheremo !! :-) Da subito si capisce La passione per il cibo scorre nelle vene di Elena ed è per questo che lo consigliamo al 100% ESPERIENZA TOP !!!!
