"I'm Mimma and I'm waiting for you in my house in Grottaglie, city of ceramics, famous for its unique neighborhood in the world. In my house you can breathe history thanks to a copious collection of ancient majolica and, if you wish, I will accompany you to visit the most ancient and unusual shops of the place. I love to cook classic dishes of the Apulian tradition handed down over time but also some revisited recipes, always using local raw materials of the highest quality at kilometer 0. The passion for cooking, transmitted by my mother and grandmother , has allowed me to explore all areas by exploring new paths always with the utmost attention to respect for quality and tradition ".
