In the heart of the Ostuni countryside, in a location steeped in history and charm, we will enjoy an engaging cookery class dedicated to traditional Apulian dishes, prepared using locally sourced ingredients. Cesarino Leo will guide you step by step through an authentic culinary journey: from the starter to orecchiette with yellow tomatoes and stracciatella, right through to cavatelli with octopus ragù.
We’ll finish with a classic Italian dessert, tiramisu, then let ourselves be swept up in a taste of the pizzica, the traditional Apulian dance, to enjoy an experience centred on good food, culture and fun.

We prepare traditional dishes using only fresh, locally sourced ingredients, including our own family-produced extra virgin olive oil. Leonardo, a chef with many years of experience, cooks with passion and care, offering a journey through flavors that includes tasty appetizers, classic Apulian pasta dishes, hearty meat and fish courses, as well as delicious vegetarian options.
