In this cooking class, I will guide you in preparing a special menu that celebrates the great Italian tradition, with particular attention to the flavors of Puglia.

Together we will make two types of handmade fresh pasta. We will start with orecchiette, a great Apulian classic famous all over the world, a symbol of regional cuisine and of craftsmanship passed down from generation to generation. We will then continue with troccolo, a traditional long pasta from the local culinary heritage, rustic in shape and perfect for holding rich and flavorful sauces. To finish on a sweet note, we will prepare tiramisu, a timeless dessert of Italian pastry tradition, loved by everyone for its creaminess and perfectly balanced flavors.
