My name is Marilena, and I am an artist of restoration: I give new life to forgotten materials and objects, transforming them into unique creations. This same passion extends to my cooking, where I honor tradition with fresh, seasonal ingredients.I live and work in the heart of Monopoli, in a historic 19th-century former monastery overlooking the Itria Valley and the sea. Here, I warmly welcome those who wish to discover the authentic flavors of our land, through seasonal vegetables, homemade fresh pasta, and seafood or meat specialties, always prepared with fresh, local ingredients.I dream of sharing my table with people from all over the world, telling the story of our culture through food. I love welcoming guests into a special place, offering authentic and unforgettable culinary experiences.

Her homemade sauce along with the pasta we made together was chefs kiss. The dessert was amazing. I highly recommend this class and would do it all over again.
