My name is Marilena, and I am an artist of restoration: I give new life to forgotten materials and objects, transforming them into unique creations. This same passion extends to my cooking, where I honor tradition with fresh, seasonal ingredients.I live and work in the heart of Monopoli, in a historic 19th-century former monastery overlooking the Itria Valley and the sea. Here, I warmly welcome those who wish to discover the authentic flavors of our land, through seasonal vegetables, homemade fresh pasta, and seafood or meat specialties, always prepared with fresh, local ingredients.I dream of sharing my table with people from all over the world, telling the story of our culture through food.
