Handmade cavatelli, carefully prepared and served with fresh tomato sauce and ricotta marzotica, offering an intense and distinctive flavor. Stuffed pasta with seasonal vegetables, celebrating the freshness and simplicity of our land. A special tiramisu, featuring a homemade biscuit base for an extra authentic touch. I look forward to cooking together!

As I sit at the end of our Italian vacation I am going over what our favorite experiences were. This class is top of our list. We knew it was going to be wonderful as soon as we were greeted by Marilena warm smile and walked into her beautiful home. She is an amazing cook! She got us all involved teaching us with patience and treating us like family. We ate, drank, laughed, learned, and just had the best time ever. We all can’t stop talking about it. Best part of our trip! She is an amazing cook and artist! We feel like we made a forever friend. XXXXXOOOO!!!

We enjoyed a wonderful evening with Marilena and new friends. The pasta making lesson was challenging for 3 of us; with one maestro emerging (looking at you, Jordi). However, we all laughed through it. Marilena made us feel accomplished regardless of our less than desirable productivity! The wine flowed, we ate the delicious pastas, loved the tiramisú made at the table (the best I’ve ever tasted). I would highly recommend.
