We will set to work following the family recipe to make dough for our leavened dough together. Our recipe is incredibly versatile and simple, with just a few ingredients we can make a delicious and delicate pizza base. We will season the pizzas with typical ingredients from my homeland and wait for them to bake while enjoying a good glass of local wine. Also, I will share with you the traditional Tiramisu recipe and we will have fun assembling all the ingredients for a beautiful and delicious dessert.

Here, between heaven and earth, in the “blu dipinto di blu", we meet Stefania. Our Cesarina has always loved, ever since childhood. A passion that was passed down by her grandmother, with whom she used to prepare delicious desserts, especially for special occasions. Stefania also loves make dough for pizza, bread and focaccia.
