The historical tour of the Rural Park is a journey lasting around two hours, exploring the rock-cut complex, the necropolis, the Chiesetta Minore, the Fortified Tower of Spina Piccola with its internal citrus grove, the ancient underground oil mill, the dye house, the façade of Masseria Spina Grande with its characteristic red colour, and the Baroque Church of the Immaculate Conception.

The walk concludes with a guided tasting of three Apulian extra virgin olive oils, during which you will learn to distinguish quality oil from refined oils, discovering their characteristics, aromas and properties. During the experience, you can also enjoy the tranquillity of the landscape and be captivated by the history and traditions of this charming Apulian farmstead.
