The Rural Park’s gastronomic and historical tour takes you on a journey of discovery through the rock-cut village, the necropolis and the Chiesetta Minore, the Fortified Tower of Spina Piccola with its internal citrus grove, the ancient underground oil mill and the dye house. The tour continues with the exterior façade of Masseria Spina Grande, the imposing structure with its characteristic red colour, and the Baroque Church of the Immaculate Conception.
The tour concludes with a tasting of three Apulian wines selected from the farm’s cellar. During the experience, you can enjoy the tranquillity of the place and let yourself be captivated by the landscape, history and traditions of this charming Apulian farm.
