The Parco Rurale’s historical and gastronomic tour takes you on a journey of discovery through the rock-cut settlement, the necropolis and the Chiesa Minore, the Fortified Tower of Spina Piccola (the first fortified structure) and its internal citrus grove, the ancient underground oil mill, the dye house, the exterior façade of Masseria Spina Grande, the majestic main building with its characteristic red colour, and the Baroque Church of the Immaculate Conception. The walking tour is followed by a tasting of three Apulian wines selected by the winery.
