As a first course, we will prepare orecchiette with tomato ragout and cacio ricotta cheese; as a dessert, we can prepare cartellate, very thin pastry with honey and vin cotto or amaretti biscuits. Among the almond trees, olive trees and alleys of Alberobello, you will have a culinary experience learning typical Apulian recipes.
