Experience a unique culinary experience among the olive trees, almond trees and enchanted alleys of Alberobello. The welcome appetizer includes focaccia, olives, vegetables, fried broad beans, panzerotto and white wine. As a first course, we will prepare orecchiette with tomato ragout and cacio ricotta cheese; as a dessert, we can prepare cartellate, very thin pastry with honey and vin cotto or amaretti biscuits. Among the almond trees, olive trees and alleys of Alberobello, you will have a culinary experience learning typical Apulian recipes. The passion for cooking, translates today into genuine dishes, using local products for quality and sustainability.

(Gabriele D'Annunzio) Scattered among almond and olive trees, trulli are picturesque buildings that are unique in the world. Maria lives in the historic part of the trulli and is one of the last families still living here. Amidst fairy-tale views and enchanted alleys, in our Cesarina's house, you can enjoy a truly unique experience. Maria discovered her passion for cooking when she was seven years old, and today she loves to prepare authentic, traditional dishes using produce from her husband's fields: quality, authenticity, and sustainability.
