Hi from Domenica!

Naturally Domy: Born and raised in Puglia, I started cooking 15 years ago when my second child decided to leave the nest. I hoped that by learning to cook Puglian delicacies, my children would miss home more and visit us more often. Over the years, I have mastered the art of sourdough, which I care for like a third child, and I enjoy using it to make taralli, focaccia, and pizza. My love for nature has also led me to cultivate my own organic garden. Join me in preparing a traditional Puglian lunch: focaccia alla barese, homemade fresh pasta, taralli, and panzerotti, along with a dessert made from the fruits of our land.

My family absolutely loved our cooking class with Domenica and Stefano! It was absolutely a special experience to be welcomed into their beautiful kitchen and taught several wonderful Apulian recipes. We thoroughly enjoyed cooking (and eating!) all the recipes, and it was extra special that so many of the ingredients we used were grown/harvested and homemade directly on their property (tomato sauce, greens, breads, plum jam, fresh eggs)! Domenica and Stefano were so kind and entertained our many, many questions about food, culture, and life in Puglia and it was wonderful to get such an authentic education and answers to questions we had from previous days exploring the area. The tour of their gardens and chickens was lovely too, we even tried some fresh walnuts from the trees. We already can't wait to come back again! Grazie mille, Domenica and Stefano!

The whole experience was amazing. Our hosts, Domenica and Stefano, were incredibly kind, warm, and such great company throughout the evening. The food was absolutely delicious, everything was local, authentic, and prepared with love. Truly an unforgettable cooking class experience. We definitely recomend it.

Domenica was the perfect host and teacher, ably assisted by her beloved husband Stefano. We could not have asked for anything more from this experience. From the moment we arrived it felt as though we were visiting family. The food served and prepared was all home made and you could tell how fresh it was. We were so lucky that there was only us there and treated it as a continuation of our wedding. Thank you so much and we will be sending photos of our attempts when we get home

Taking a pasta and tiramisu class with Domenica and Stefano in Noci was an absolute highlight of our trip! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed like family into their beautiful home. Domenica is a natural teacher—warm, patient, and passionate about sharing the traditions of Puglian cooking. With her guidance, we learned to make fresh pasta from scratch, rolling and shaping it by hand, and then prepared the most delicious, authentic tiramisu. Stefano brought so much charm and knowledge to the experience, explaining local traditions and ensuring we had plenty of wine and laughter along the way. The meal we shared together at the end was not only delicious but felt like a true celebration of Italian hospitality. This class is so much more than cooking—it’s a cultural experience, filled with stories, warmth, and genuine connection. We left with new skills, full stomachs, and big smiles. If you’re in Noci, don’t miss this class—it’s unforgettable
