What a wonderful experience, Domenica and her husband were so lovely and welcoming, their dogs we’re also incredibly lovely and welcoming 🥰 her nieces were also there to help with the translation and they literally welcomed us in as extra family members, we made Tiramisu to start which tasted INCREDIBLE and then we moved on to preparing fresh pasta, all of the produce came from their garden, homemade olive oil, tomato sauce with tomato’s from their garden, peppers, homemade focaccia, it all just tasted absolutely incredible! They offered wine throughout the meal and after our dessert we finished with a limoncello shot again homemade! It was such an honour to spend the evening with Domenica and we would absolutely go back again! Thank you to her, her husband, niece and friend for being such wonderful hosts!

Today, we had an incredible experience at Domenica’s cooking class, learning to make pasta and tiramisu. The setting in Domenica and her husband Stefano’s family home made the experience feel intimate and personal, as if we were part of their family. They were incredibly welcoming, and the warmth they extended made the day truly special. The ingredients were top-notch, with almost everything coming fresh from their own garden, which added an extra layer of authenticity to the meal. In addition to making delicious orecchiette, cavatelli, and tiramisu, we enjoyed a fantastic lunch featuring cheeses, meats, bruschetta, olives, and focaccia. Everything tasted amazing, and the tiramisu was hands-down the best I’ve ever had. I highly recommend this class to anyone looking to learn these dishes in a cozy, family atmosphere—it was an unforgettable experience!

Naturally Domy: Born and raised in Puglia, I started cooking 15 years ago when my second child decided to leave the nest. I hoped that by learning to cook Puglian delicacies, my children would miss home more and visit us more often. Over the years, I have mastered the art of sourdough, which I care for like a third child, and I enjoy using it to make taralli, focaccia, and pizza. My love for nature has also led me to cultivate my own organic garden. Join me in preparing a traditional Puglian lunch: focaccia alla barese, homemade fresh pasta, taralli, and panzerotti, along with a dessert made from the fruits of our land.
