Domenica was the perfect host and teacher, ably assisted by her beloved husband Stefano. We could not have asked for anything more from this experience. From the moment we arrived it felt as though we were visiting family. The food served and prepared was all home made and you could tell how fresh it was. We were so lucky that there was only us there and treated it as a continuation of our wedding. Thank you so much and we will be sending photos of our attempts when we get home

Taking a pasta and tiramisu class with Domenica and Stefano in Noci was an absolute highlight of our trip! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed like family into their beautiful home. Domenica is a natural teacher—warm, patient, and passionate about sharing the traditions of Puglian cooking. With her guidance, we learned to make fresh pasta from scratch, rolling and shaping it by hand, and then prepared the most delicious, authentic tiramisu. Stefano brought so much charm and knowledge to the experience, explaining local traditions and ensuring we had plenty of wine and laughter along the way. The meal we shared together at the end was not only delicious but felt like a true celebration of Italian hospitality. This class is so much more than cooking—it’s a cultural experience, filled with stories, warmth, and genuine connection. We left with new skills, full stomachs, and big smiles. If you’re in Noci, don’t miss this class—it’s unforgettable

My partner and I had the absolute joy of joining Domenica and her husband Stefano for a cooking class in their beautiful country home in Puglia — and it turned out to be one of the most memorable experiences of our entire trip. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed like old friends. Domenica and Stefano are not only incredibly talented but also warm, generous, and full of fascinating stories about Puglian life and traditions. Their love for what they do is contagious. Their home is stunning — surrounded by nature, bursting with color, and filled with the smell of fresh herbs and blooming flowers. They have three sweet dogs who added such a cozy and joyful presence throughout the day (we’re dog lovers, so this was a major bonus!). We made fresh pasta from scratch, a beautiful fruit tart, and the most delicious focaccia bread, all using ingredients straight from their garden. Even the eggs came from their own chickens! You could taste the freshness and care in every bite. We shared stories and laughter over glasses of local Puglian wine, and to top it all off, we finished the meal with Domenica’s incredible homemade limoncello — the best we’ve ever had. What made this experience so special wasn’t just the food (which was amazing), but the feeling that we were part of something much more personal. It felt like sitting down to a lovingly prepared family meal, surrounded by warmth, generosity, and genuine connection. If you're in Puglia and love good food, kind people, and authentic experiences, don’t miss this class. Elisa and I left with full hearts, full bellies, and memories we’ll treasure forever.

We booked this pasta cooking class on a whim – and it turned out to be one of the best decisions of our holiday! The class took place in a charming summer estate with a beautiful garden that immediately set the perfect atmosphere. Domenica and Stefano are such wonderfully warm hosts, making us feel at home from the very first moment. With Domenica’s patient guidance, we prepared delicious fresh pasta as well as a heavenly tiramisu. We also enjoyed delightful appetizers, including a focaccia that was simply outstanding. The evening ended in great company with a bottle of excellent rosé – the perfect way to round off an unforgettable experience. We can wholeheartedly recommend this to anyone visiting Apulia. A true must-do!

Naturally Domy: Born and raised in Puglia, I started cooking 15 years ago when my second child decided to leave the nest. I hoped that by learning to cook Puglian delicacies, my children would miss home more and visit us more often. Over the years, I have mastered the art of sourdough, which I care for like a third child, and I enjoy using it to make taralli, focaccia, and pizza. My love for nature has also led me to cultivate my own organic garden. Join me in preparing a traditional Puglian lunch: focaccia alla barese, homemade fresh pasta, taralli, and panzerotti, along with a dessert made from the fruits of our land.
