Treat yourself to the pleasure of preparing homemade ravioli stuffed with borage and fresh vegetables from the garden, seasoned with centrifuged butter and sage, along with Culurgiones ogliastrini, a typical Sardinian pasta stuffed with potatoes, cheese, mint, and garlic, closed in a characteristic ear shape that will win your heart. While you wait, you can enjoy the famous Ligurian focaccia accompanied by a refreshing spritz. The house, nestled in the rolling hills near Zoagli and easily accessible by car, will welcome you into an intimate and comfortable setting, ideal for relaxing and leaving the stress of the city behind. We will end the evening with a delicious tiramisu, coffee, and homemade limoncello made with fragrant lemons from the garden.

Eliza and Marcello where every welcoming into their home. It felt like visiting family. They are both very knowledgeable about cooking. One piece of advise would be to go on a empty stomach. There will be a lot of food. Would definitely go back when back in town. Thank you Eliza for making cooking so much fun!

Eliza and her husband, Marcello, were gracious hosts, welcoming our group into their house for the cooking class. They had a translator to help with our English communication. They have a beautiful & warm home with a fantastic view of Portofino! It was a fun experience. Our group of 4 learned a lot about cooking focaccia, pasta & tiramisu. Wonderful food and company! Would highly recommend! PS-come to the class hungry!
