Treat yourself to the pleasure of artisanal ravioli filled with borage, topped with centrifuged butter and garden-fresh sage. While you wait, delight in the legendary Ligurian focaccia, accompanied by a refreshing spritz, followed by Ligurian-style rabbit with baked potatoes. The house, located in the rolling hills a short drive from Zoagli and easily accessible by car, will welcome you to a warm and comfortable environment, ideal for relaxing and forgetting the stresses of the city. The evening will culminate with a delicious tiramisu, coffee and homemade limoncello made with fragrant lemons from the garden.
Our cooking class with Elisa was very insightful: I learned a lot in hands-on exercises on how to cook tiramisu, tortellini e focaccia! Elisa was super cute and emphasized a lot on myself trying and learning! I would recommend the experience anytime!

Cooking with Elisa was truly one of the highlights of our trip! From start to finish, the experience was absolutely wonderful. We learned how to make ravioli, tagliatelle, and tiramisu, and every step of the process was so much fun. Elisa also treated us to delicious focaccia bread, which was the perfect complement to our meal.
We were celebrating our daughter’s birthday during the class, and Elisa went above and beyond to make it special. She surprised her with balloons and a beautiful cake, adding such a thoughtful and personal touch to the day.
Her home was warm, inviting, and comfortable, with a stunning view from the kitchen that made the experience even more special. Cooking with such a beautiful backdrop added an extra touch of magic to the class. A bonus was having her husband, Marcelo, join in to help—it truly felt like we were cooking at home with friends.
I would highly recommend this class to anyone looking for a memorable and authentic culinary experience. Elisa’s warmth, skill, and attention to detail made this an experience we’ll never forget!
