    A typical Sunday lunch includes fritto misto all'ascolana with olives all'ascolana, zucchini, artichokes, eggplant and chicken cutlets. This is followed by a plate of tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms or tagliatelle with meat sauce. For the main course, lamb scotta dito and/or stew or meat del sugo. Finally, for dessert, grandmother's dessert: holiday cake or cream of the spoon.

    All recipes come from my grandmother, who passed them down from generation to generation. It is possible to modify some dishes on the menu to make them vegan or vegetarian.
