Join me for a cooking class where we will prepare three delicious dishes that capture the essence of our local tradition and freshness. We’ll start with homemade tagliatelle, enveloped in a seasonal sauce that enhances the fresh, authentic flavors of local ingredients. Next, we'll make ravioli stuffed with garden herbs and ricotta, seasoned with butter and sage. To finish on a sweet note, we’ll create a classic tiramisù, enriched with a special touch that makes this dessert even more irresistible. I’ll welcome you to a stunning hillside location, where the view of Portofino will be our backdrop as we cook and have fun together!
