    Let's learn to cook together typical Ascolan dishes, the ones from my childhood, combining tradition with the hectic world around us. Here is what we will learn to cook:

    The fritto misto all'ascolana, which includes olives all'ascolana, zucchini, artichokes, eggplant and chicken cutlets; tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms, tagliolini with lemon and tagliatelle with meat sauce; lamb scottadito and/or stew and meat of the sauce; and to finish, grandma's dessert, such as holiday cake or cream of the spoon.

    All the recipes come from my grandmother, handed down from generation to generation. There is the possibility of modifying some dishes on the menu to make them vegan or vegetarian.
