Before or after a day of skiing, there is nothing better than sitting down with friends for a convivial aperitif. I will accompany you to local producers where we will purchase the most suitable products to prepare a tasty aperitif, bread, focaccia, and local cold cuts, as well as delicious goat cheeses. All paired with our wines: a sparkling Bonarda dell'Oltrepò Pavese, a still red wine that is not very alcoholic with a spicy note, and a surprising macerated Pinot Grigio.
