It begins with an appetizer in which the protagonist is my 7-grain focaccia, fragrant and fragrant thanks to extra virgin olive oil and cherry tomatoes grown by my family. Accompanying it are seasonal vegetables and wild herbs.
To continue, a first course of orecchiette pasta with cherry tomatoes au gratin with tarallo, a perfect meeting of tradition and taste.
To close the meal, a tart with lemon mousse, fresh and delicate, to end on a sweet note.
Everything will be accompanied by a good local wine, to enhance every flavor and make the experience even more authentic.
