The pairings of these flavors are the result of studies, experiments and also certainly experience (not to say mistakes) during my life in contact with the earth and its products! You will try a four-course menu with a starter, pasta, main with side dish, dessert and wine included.

Abbiamo avuto l'opportunità di imparare a preparare le tagliatelle e i tortelloni sotto la sua guida esperta, la maestria di Max in cucina è davvero ipnotica e la sua passione è evidente in ogni dettaglio.
