Cooking has always been an expression of creativity for me. My strength definitely lies in the attention I pay to selecting ingredients. I seek out small local producers to taste and recreate ancient, unique flavors in my dishes. I offer reinterpretations of traditional dishes, colorful ones, where you eat first with your eyes and then with your mouth, always accompanied by a good wine.
