We are two friends, brought together by our passion for cooking! Two different stories, two cultures, and many family memories that we love to bring to the table.For us, cooking means welcoming, sharing stories and spending time together, turning every dish into an experience to be enjoyed together.Barbara inherited her love of cooking from her grandmothers: from homemade cappelletti and roasted tomatoes to the traditions of her family’s seafood restaurant. Today, she mainly focuses on homemade baking, preparing tarts with homemade jams.Ionella, originally from Romania and living in Italy for 25 years, brings to her cooking the memories of her great-grandmother, who taught her to make homemade tagliolini, her grandmother’s wild boar sauce and her mother’s apple cake. Her speciality? Sour cherry bon bons soaked in plum grappa.We look forward to sharing a little piece of our families, our traditions and our two cultures with you.
