Francesco

My name is Francesco. I have been living in Brussels, Belgium, for 12 years, but I’m originally from Bologna. I have always been passionate about cooking and, since moving abroad, I decided that there were certain things I could cook better myself than a restaurant here :)I cook all kinds of dishes: tortelloni, tagliatelle, lasagne, tigelle... but my greatest love is pizza. I love making dough, experimenting with different flours, creating different types of pizza and baking them in my own oven. I’m a designer by profession, and perhaps that’s why creating a beautiful pizza gives me so much satisfaction.
