The Petasecca Donati Olive Mill has been operating in Bevagna since 1962.Located in a building adjacent to the medieval town walls, the mill has always employed the best techniques for olive oil extraction. Today, it operates with a modern, fully cold-press processing system. Renamed "Il Frantoio di Bevagna", the oil mill now produces top-quality extra virgin olive oil and is certified for the processing of organic products as well as for the DOP Umbria designation.
