Cooking is one of my greatest passions. I love making homemade pasta, pesto and pizza, but above all, I enjoy bringing the authentic flavors of Italian tradition to the table.My roots are a wonderful blend of cultures: my mother is Neapolitan and my father is Roman. Growing up, I had the opportunity to discover and appreciate different culinary traditions, which I now love to share through a variety of traditional dishes.I love travelling and discovering the world, including through food. I speak English and Spanish very well, and I enjoy meeting new people and sharing my passion for Italian cuisine with them.Among my favorite dishes are definitely homemade pasta and tiramisù, two timeless classics that can never be missing!
