"My interests have always been focused on the agricultural-gastronomic field. I worked alongside a Chef who cooks using only local food, paying close attention to the origin of the products and this experience gave me the incentive to join of this circuit whose goal is to safeguard a healthy and balanced diet. The house I live in was built entirely with local materials, Lecce stone, lime and hard stone floors, and the kitchen has an ancient style with from work in stone, surrounded by a hectare of olive grove and a small garden reserved for guests who, during the cooking course, will be served directly from there".
