Cellino San Marco is a small village in the upper Salento not far from the Adriatic Sea and the Ionian Sea, surrounded by large expanses of vineyards and olive groves. "My mother and my grandmothers passed on to me the passion for cooking, in particular for recipes linked to the Salento tradition. For years my family and I have been working our countryside, to obtain natural and organic fruit and vegetables that we and our friends we eat daily. The dishes served will vary according to the seasonality of the harvest, accompanied by Negroamaro wine and extra virgin olive oil."
