We are a historic olive mill in the heart of Florence, with 48,000 olive trees. We cultivate various cultivars in the area and produce extra virgin olive oil. Thanks to the careful and precise cultivation and selection of the olives, as well as the monitoring of all production phases along the supply chain—from the field to the table—we are able to obtain excellent products, each distinguished by unique flavors and aromas, ranging from the most bitter and spicy to the sweetest and most delicate.
