Hi from Ilaria!

My cooking is primarily vegetarian. I’m fortunate to live surrounded by the countryside and to have my own garden. I love identifying and using wild herbs, spontaneous flowers, and, of course, aromatic herbs are always present in my dishes. I have a particular passion for desserts and baked goods. I would describe my cuisine as traditional, enriched with a few influences born from my innate curiosity.
