Welcome to my kitchen! I'm Irene, your Cesarina in Alghero. Together, we'll prepare fresh regional and national pasta, using local ingredients based on the season. It will be an authentic culinary experience where we'll share the traditions of my land through the unique flavors of fresh pasta.
